How to use:
Mask/hair oil - Apply a small amount of coconut oil info the dry or wet hair and rub it gently. Comb your hair carefully.
- Apply oil to dry, unwashed hair and scalp and wrap your head in a towel/ cap/ plastic wrap, leaving the mask for 30 minutes. When the time is up, wash your hair thoroughly with a shampoo, not forgetting about scalp. Use as needed once a week or before each washing.
- Apply a small amount of oil very carefully to the hair or split ends right before washing. This method allows for a thorough wash of your scalp without the risk of damaging the delicate ends of your hair.
Body oil - Apply a small portion of oil onto the moist skin. Massage it in circular motion until it absorbs completely.
Homemade body scrub - Combine a tablespoon of oil with two tablespoons of used coffee grounds. The prepared peeling will serve you well under the shower, applied to wet, washed skin. Massage it in with circular motions, then rinse and enjoy your smooth body! (There are no set proportions, you can change them according to your own preferences :)
